For starters, we're majority women-owned and managed.

You should be a good communicator, comfortable working collaboratively, and committed to treating everyone in the company and our customers with respect. And no matter your role, you're expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and to proactively solve problems. And if you have a good joke or two, don't be shy ; )

In keeping with our commitment to building a great team, nearly all of our positions are for full-time employees, not 1099 contractors—and our benefits package is generous. All employees receive paid vacations, holidays, health insurance, retirement contribution, and a tool allowance. Wages are based on skill level, and very competitive. And we all appreciate having a healthy work/life balance.
