We've been entrusted with many wonderful projects. With each one, we strive to realize our client's unique vision—while building in uncompromising energy efficiency and sustainability, beautiful architectural design, and advanced construction that can easily endure the Maine elements.

Cape Haven  |  Our client's wish list was extensive, from space for woodworking and an elevator to the option for aging in place. We were able to fulfill their wishes while maintaining a light-filled sense of space and serenity.

Woods + Water  |  Perched on a bluff of spruce and pine overlooking the sea, this studio's dramatic form is at once both striking and serene. AIA Design Award winner.

Outside In  |  We were called in to rescue a dark, outdated kitchen—but this home's lakeside location inspired brainstorming about much wider possibilities.

Kicked-back Kitchen  |  A beloved island cottage was in need of updating. For its owners, a family that loves to cook and socialize, the kitchen was the natural thing to focus on.

Evergreen House  |  Fine Homebuilding's 2020 "Best New Home of the Year." This light-filled home uses a trove of techniques that improve efficiency, reduce maintenance, and increase lifespan.

Vintage Vibe  |  We raised the roofline of this 2-1/2 story duplex to create a sunny, superinsulated third story, and updated interior finishes, insulation, windows, and systems throughout—creating a modern, energy-efficient home with an inspired, enchanting aesthetic.

Foursquare  |  This 1907 foursquare cottage was in such a state of disrepair that simply salvaging it would have taken extraordinary measures. But our charge went far beyond that.

Condo Aglow  |  This ambitious remodel transformed a tired condominium into a glamorous and cozy home. The kitchen is a masterwork of efficiency and a joy to cook in.

West End Color  |  By opening the kitchen to the south-facing dining space, the entire home was reunited into a sunny, livable space.

Skyward  |  This ambitious renovation integrated dramatic windows and a vaulted ceiling to make the most of the building's hilltop location.
